THE GOVERNING BOARD

The Board of Trustees protects the institution from external pressures and provides stability and continuity to the institution. It sets the purposes of the institution and manages its fiscal resources. It establishes institutional policies and delegates them to the chief executive officer of the college to administer and implement.
